Registration Information

• The registration fee should be deposited to the account number stated below, the registration form and the payment document should be sent to the meeting organization secretariat via e-mail to hbp@zevent.com.tr.
• Meeting registration fee includes bag, name badge, final program, and certificate of participation.
• VAT (18%) will be added to the above prices.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION TERMS:

• The request for cancellation of registration must be notified to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services in writing.
• 10% of the deposited registration fee will be refunded after deducting the bank charges for cancellation requests made before August 23, 2023.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made after August 23, 2023.
• Only name changes will be accepted after August 23, 2023.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.

Accommodation Information

• The prices stated are for 3 nights and a package price will be used.
• Seginus Hotel accommodation package includes: 3-day accommodation fee (9 November 2023 check-in - 12 November 2023 check-out), open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks at the congress hotel on scientific program days and entrance to the stand area and meeting rooms.
• VAT (8%) and City Tax (%2) shall be added to the prices (accommodation fee).
• The accommodation package fee must be deposited to the account number stated below and the payment document must be sent to the meeting organization secretariat via e-mail.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION 4.500.-TL
The external participation fee to be applied for the guests who do not stay includes lunches on the days of the scientific session, 6 coffee breaks in total, but excludes VAT.
